Terms of Service

Twitch Auto-Clipper — Last updated: June 12, 2026

Twitch Auto-Clipper ("the App") is a personal desktop automation tool operated by Laurenz Huck ("the Operator"). The App watches the Operator's own Twitch live streams, automatically creates short highlight clips, and uploads these clips to the Operator's own social media accounts (including TikTok).

1. Scope of use

The App is a private, single-user tool. It is used exclusively by the Operator on accounts owned by the Operator. It is not offered as a service to third parties, has no public user registration, and is not distributed commercially.

2. Content

All clips processed by the App originate from the Operator's own live streams or from streams the Operator is permitted to use. The Operator is responsible for ensuring that uploaded content complies with the terms and community guidelines of the target platform (e.g. TikTok, YouTube).

3. Third-party platforms

Uploads to TikTok are performed via the official TikTok for Developers Content Posting API. Use of TikTok itself remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service. The App only uploads drafts to the authenticated account's inbox; publishing requires manual confirmation by the account owner in the TikTok app.

4. Liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Operator is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or actions taken by third-party platforms (such as removal of content or rate limiting).

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
